Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how ChurnCards ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit churncards.com.
Information we collect
ChurnCards is designed to minimize personal data collection.
- Aggregate analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures pageviews, referrers, browser, country, and device type without cookies and without tracking individual users across sessions.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, URL, user agent) for operational and security purposes. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used to build user profiles.
- Affiliate tracking. When you click an affiliate link, the destination affiliate network may set cookies or use other identifiers to track conversions. This data is collected by the affiliate network, not by us. See our affiliate disclosure for details.
- Email correspondence. If you email us, we keep your message and email address to respond. We do not add you to a mailing list and do not share your email with third parties.
What we don't do
- We do not run user-tracking cookies (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel).
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We do not require you to create an account or log in.
- We do not collect financial information, SSN, or credit application data.
Cookies
ChurnCards itself does not set tracking cookies. Some affiliate networks we link to may set cookies after you click their link to attribute the conversion. You can disable cookies in your browser settings if you prefer.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Our data collection is so limited (no accounts, no profiles) that there is usually nothing personally identifiable to access or delete — but you can email us and we will confirm what, if anything, we have.
We do not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" opt-out is automatically honored because we do not sell or share personal information.
Children's privacy
ChurnCards is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when this policy was last revised. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the site.
